Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in — we refund what you've paid in full. Inside 72 hours we keep one night, and no-shows are charged the first night. Change of plans mid-stay? Talk to us; we're reasonable.

Privacy policy

We collect only what a stay requires: your name, contact details, travel dates and the government photo ID we're legally required to record at check-in. ID details are logged in the guest register mandated by Kerala tourism rules and are not shared with anyone else. Booking messages sent by WhatsApp or email stay with us and are deleted on request — write to us and we'll remove your details. We don't sell data, run advertising trackers, or share your stay with third parties beyond the booking platform you arrived through.

Terms

A booking is confirmed once we've replied with your dates and room in writing. Payment is made on arrival by cash, UPI or card, or in advance through the platform you booked with — we never ask for card details over chat. Damage beyond normal wear is charged at repair cost. Scooter rental is subject to a refundable deposit, a valid licence and the rider's own liability for traffic fines; helmets are provided and must be worn. Surf sessions run at the instructor's discretion based on conditions, and participants confirm they're in good health and comfortable in the water before entering it.
