Our story
You're coming to Varkala. We're your place to land.
Zenways started with one simple observation: most travellers arrive in Varkala with a plan for the beach and no plan for everything else. So we built the place we wished existed — a house with clean, quiet rooms, a courtyard people actually sit in, and someone at the door who knows which break works on a north swell and which café opens early.
We're a small, family-run house a few minutes from the cliff. No lobby, no scripted welcome. Boards go in the rack, coffee happens in the courtyard, and if you want to do nothing for three days, that's a perfectly good use of the room.

Booking & payment
Bookings are confirmed directly or through trusted platforms. We never ask for card details over chat.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in — we refund what you've paid in full. Inside 72 hours we keep one night, and no-shows are charged the first night. Change of plans mid-stay? Talk to us; we're reasonable.
House rules
No smoking inside the rooms · Quiet hours after 10:30 PM — neighbours sleep here too · Guests not registered at check-in cannot stay overnight
